Thanks for shopping with Sanctum. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship, how long it takes, and what to expect once your order is on its way.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer—but we always work to get your gear out as fast as possible.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Times
Delivery time is based on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout.
Estimated shipping times:

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days (varies by region)
Please note: these are estimated times. Once a package leaves our facility, delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier pricing.
We do not mark up shipping costs—what you see is what we pay.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
Wrong Address or Missing Info
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If you submit an incorrect or incomplete address and the package returns to us, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, Sanctum is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your package appears missing:

Check all surrounding areas (neighbors, porch, mailbox, etc.)

Wait 24–48 hours—carriers sometimes scan early

Contact your shipping carrier for support
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, reach out to us and we’ll help as best we can.
International Orders
International shipments may incur customs fees, taxes, or duties depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Delays at customs are also outside our control.
Preorders & Made-to-Order Items
Some items may have extended production times. Any preorder or made-to-order product will have estimated timelines listed on its product page.
