Sanctum Return & Refund Policy

At Sanctum, we want you to love your gear as much as we do. If something isn’t right, we’ve got your back.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unwashed, and unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all tags.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products 

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

To start a return, email us at sanctummotoco@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to send back. We’ll send you instructions from there.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? No problem. Exchanges are handled the same way as returns—reach out to us, and we’ll help you swap it out quickly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right—fast.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
